Ahhhhh.....
a plethora of flies on nate's leg
this may be my last fishing post for some time. friday i convinced nate to join me on the madison for a few hours. we intended to float but only had time to get the waders wet. he hadn't been out all year so he was due. all told we were in contact with lots of fish but only landed four. the blue winged olive flies were out in force, for about 20 minutes we could hardly breathe.
as far as other events in my life are concerned:
friday i am heading down to see emily. we are going to a wedding for a friend of hers...
got the .280 sighted in last weekend at grandma's house. it can shoot better than me!
upcoming events include antelope season and pheasant season...maybe i can convince barry let me walk the woods with his two labs...
congrats to barry and kari for their new son, and to logan and elissa for their new son!!
